The two most popular formats for case studies are Narrative format and Traditional format.
Traditional Case Studies are what you would use at live events and trade shows. They have a side bar and subheads that give the background of the company who benefited, then tell the Challenge they faced, the Solution they chose, and the Results they achieved because of that solution.
Narrative-style case studies follow the customer's journey from challenge to solution to results just like a traditional case study, but the subtitles and body copy are formatted to read more like a feature article.
Feature-style case studies are great to post on your blog, in newsletters, and as sponsored content in trade publications.
